The rates indicated above have been calculated in US dollars (USD). Payment must be made in national currency (MXN). All charges are subject to the hotel exchange rate for each of the lodging nights. Changes in taxes or rates implemented as of the reservation could affect the total price of the room.

The rate of this reservation is confirmed according to the number of guests indicated in this confirmation. Any increase or decrease in the number of guests may cause a change rate.

The room is available for use after 3:00 p.m. Checkout is at 1:00 p.m. If you wish to have access to your room at an earlier time or a later departure, we suggest you contact the reservations department to learn the additional cost for these services.

In case of a date change for your reservation (as long as it is done within a timely manner), the rate may be modified according to its availability at the time of making the change.

Parking has a cost per day with a preferential guest rate. For reservations, please ask about the cost that applies to each hotel and destination.

Introducing food and drinks to the hotel is forbidden.

For reservations of more than one night at any rate, if the client does not show up, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding no show charge and to cancel the rest of the nights booked.

Up to a maximum of 2 children under 12 years old can use the room with their parents at no cost per room. Cribs and extra beds have an additional cost which must be asked at the hotel at check-in, such are subject to availability.

Please consider that it may be necessary to present official identification at check-in. In the case of company special rates, it will be necessary to present identification as an employee of the company under which the reservation was made.

If you are a member of our Royal Circle loyalty program, we suggest you ask if the rate you have booked accumulates points.

The reservation will be respected only as indicated and confirmed in the system. The hotel may refuse another written or printed confirmation that could have been altered.

In case of extending the stay, the confirmed rate may not be available, therefore the rate that will be confirmed for extended nights will be the best rate available for that day.

Late cancellation charges will be made directly to the credit card provided at the moment of the reservation.

In case of any change in the lodging tax or value added tax, the difference will be returned or added to the total cost of your reservation.

In case of early departure on confirmed dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge the rest for unused nights. Please ask what the corresponding charge would be at the reception desk.
